Is a sustainable part of a broader application suite for invoices
management. Scaning invoices is accessible form browsers and a TWAIN
driver compatible scanner. Invoices importing and metadata filling is
only done by a certain group of people with specific access rights
granted.
Invoice approval and overview
Designed for business
users with approval rights and with different approval levels. Where
each level can approve his department's invoices for a predefined
amount. Overviews such "my invoices", "my department's invoices" or "all
invoices" are disponible for each user but what the user sees depends on
the business rules and on properly controlled security rights.

Technical documents management -
TDM
TDM is a complete
product documentation lifecycle management used by an internal
department to provide and create technical documenation for company's
purposes and products, as well as for external clients ordering a
product documentation. Jibe framework is used as a complete solution
platform (togethwer with Alfresco CMS) to provide support in application
development and a great end user experience. TDM is an implementation of
a complex business process and communications with external users and
systems like emails, FrameMaker documents and inhouse drawings server.
Security and access rights is a very exigent requirement where Alfresco
and Jibe provide a fully adaptive and customized solution.
Jibe in an extranet application
Jibe Content manager
application is customized in order to deliver a powerful client facing
portal for document exchange with external clients. The application
itself is mainly consisted of the content manager with some specific
features, actions and user interface customization.

Jibe in the scope of
a broad inhouse document management system, Jibe's Content manger is
used as a core application on top of which new features are added and
adapted for the client. This application is used by internal users for
sharing and colalborating on important documents, keeping trace of
different changes and versions.
